The old village of Al-Sujarah, one of the villages in the Wilayat of Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar in Al-Dakhiliyah Governorate, reflects the reality of life that residents have been accustomed to for many decades. It is estimated to be more than 400 years old and derives its name from perennial trees called “Sujar trees”, which are among the wild trees that grow in the streams of valleys and springs, where The village is characterized by many perennial trees, such as atam, bot, alalan, and many other wild trees.
