A website specialized in listing the most prominent tourist places in the Sultanate of Oman.
Through this website, we aim to solve a problem that most tourists from abroad face. The main problem revolves around the absence of a website or application that includes all the tourist places that tourists, whether from inside or outside the Sultanate, can visit. This website is considered important as it goes side by side with Oman's 2040 Vision and the sustainability concept. Tourists, airports, institutions concerned with tourism and all tourists can take advantage of this feature to obtain the main services to get to know the interface of the Sultanate of Oman. This feature will greatly contribute to improving the country's productivity and facilitating the reservation process and access to the most important tourist places. Accordingly, this feature would advance the Omani economy beyond reason and spread the Omani heritage and its details around the world. In this project, multimedia design is used to build up a tourism website that can communicate with the rest of the world with a click of a mouse to summon all the information needed by the tourists to motivate them to visit the country, discover its beauty, explore its culture and traditions.
Objectives
1- Create a comprehensive website that provides full details of tourism in Oman; places, locations, admission fees, opening/ closing times, hotels, and accommodations available to book or rent.
2- Enhancing Omani tourism through providing easy access to information that lists all places of tourism in Oman and how to reach it.
3- Contribute to increasing the income of tourism.
Therefore, this website will be a window for tourism and heritage institutes.
4. Strengthening and documenting the relationship between the Sultanate of Oman and other countries.
5. Establishing an Omani tourist site spread worldwide to serve most age groups.
6. Creating the identity of the Sultanate of Oman in terms of tourism, raising awareness of it, and then taking pride in its property.
7. Highlighting the tourist properties of the Sultanate of Oman and the most important destinations and active tours.
8. Providing service and support to visitors and tourists.
