It is about 40 km from the center of the state of Rustaq and about 150 km from Muscat Governorate. This valley is characterized by its water flowing throughout the year, in addition to its course being distinguished by the presence of beautiful waterfalls, as well as permanent water springs.

HIGHLIGHTS 

• You should be ready to jump into water pools, swim, and slide.
• Water 2L in a backpack. Put an extra empty bottle in your backpack to keep it floating.
• Life vest if you are not a strong swimmer.
• Old sneakers that you are ready to throw away.
• Waterproof phone pouch, better to have a big one to put a car key inside. Also better to get a floating one.
• Swimwear like shorts or tight gym clothing.
