Commitments:

• The number of visitors allowed is (30) people only with children and does not increase except after agreement with the landlord. If the number is noted to be more, an amount of 5 riyals will be deducted for each person.
• Adhere to exit times, or an amount of 20 riyals will be charged for each hour spent on the amount security 
• Any damage or vandalism to the content of the rest house is borne by the tenant (deducted from the amount security
• Smoking is prohibited inside the building
• The tenant does not have the right to rent the rest house to others
• Prevents loud speakers from being turned on
• The reservation amount will not be refunded if the reservation is canceled less than five days before the reservation date

Prohibited items:

• Immoral gatherings are prohibited
• Do not throw waste into the swimming pool
• Moving indoor and outdoor furniture is not permitted
• It is prohibited to eat and drink in the sink
• Bringing alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the lounge
